DISCIPLESHIP is not merely an academic exercise, but rather a relational experience empowered by the holy spirit during daily life while following Jesus’ example. A relationship is the “vehicle” God uses to bring about real change in people’s lives. There is no such thing as a “secular” job for a disciple of Jesus who fully understands and embraces why he or she is on planet earth.
THE IMMERSE DISCIPLESHIP INSTITUTE 101 consists of six courses, each lasting for five weeks between September and May. Classes meet weekly on Tuesday nights from 6:30 - 8:00 pm.
After completing 101, students have the opportunity to take 201, a second year of courses that go deeper into discipleship training. 201 classes will begin in late August and go through May, meeting on Monday nights from 6:30 - 8:00 pm.
Upon graduation of Immerse Discipleship Institute students are expected to continue an existing DISCIPLE-MAKING MINISTRY or begin a new disciple-making ministry using their Immerse instruction and training.
Each September, a 9-month class begins that will equip students in the subjects like the Gospel, the Bible, How to Study the Bible, Defending the Bible, and a Biblical Worldview. Each 90-minute class will be led by a pastor at Rock Creek or a guest speaker who is an expert on that course of study.
This program is designed for young adults who sense a calling to ministry and are looking to gain valuable ministry experience serving in various ministry roles in a real-world church setting. Each resident will serve in a year long program under a ministry mentor where they'll get hands-on experience in a variety of ministry roles.

A new class is forming now for the Fall of 2026. At the end of the course, we expect each disciple to graduate into some form of personal ministry to serve our church and community.
